The 72-hour Broker Course covers principles and practices
of appraising, finance, investment analysis, and brokerage
management. The course covers the three approaches to value,
instruments and sources of financing, financial analysis,
federal income taxes affecting real estate, advanced investment
analysis, starting and operating a real estate office, brokerage
operations, escrow management, closing transactions, becoming
a manager, financial management, and property management.

includes all the necessary books and materials for the course.
